Charles Pappas

Chief Executive Officer

Chuck's duties as President include the sales, marketing, daily operations and strategic planning of Rehbein Environmental Solutions.

He is focused on expanding the RESI suite of products and technology through education, national and international distribution channels and strategic alliances.

Prior to joining Rehbein Environmental Solutions, Chuck held positions as President, COO, EVP Business Development, Regional Director and General Manager in the aerospace, aviation, fitness and wellness industries.

After serving in the United States Marine Corps from 1968-1971, Pappas graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.




Mark Rehbein

President of Business Development

Mark Rehbein is the Executive President of Business Development for Rehbein Environmental Solutions, Inc. Mark's duties as EVP, Business Development include the strategic development of Regional Markets to expand the RESI product suite. Mark's approach is to meet with government officials, developers, engineers, and community leaders to explain to them the benefits of RESI's solutions in water conservation, infiltration, and storm water management.

Mark is also the Vice President of Glenn Rehbein Excavating, where his main duties include the oversight of the company's 900 acre sod farm and acquisition and disposal of all the company's equipment assets. He served as project manager for Tad Gormley Stadium in New Orleans, Louisiana and Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas.

Mark has been a part of Glenn Rehbein Companies since childhood when he worked on the family's sod farm. Mark served in the U.S. Navy from 1984 to 1988. He then attended Dunwoody Technical Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota and completed a degree in Land Surveying and Civil Technology.




Jonas Z. Sipaila

Director of Innovation

Jonas Sipaila founded and served as President and Research and Development Manager of Evaporative Control Systems, a firm specializing in environmentally friendly, highly efficient, state-of-the-art irrigation systems in Reno, Nevada. At RESI he is focusing his creative engineering skills on new products, research, and education. Jonas holds the patent for the EPIC system's subsurface fluid distribution apparatus and method. His mission is to provide fully integrated and innovative engineering design capabilities that underscore the company's goal of remaining a leader in environmental solutions technology and application.

Jonas is an innovative "out of the box" thinker who thrives on problem solving challenges. For 17 years he managed environmental health divisions for two counties in upstate New York, where he was instrumental in research and start-up development of a number of public health programs. He has also published several national articles on a variety of subjects.

Jonas is a 4.0 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, with minors in Public Health and Chemistry.
